At Cosmyth Shop, we are committed to providing 100% authentic skincare, beauty, and fragrance products. Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
1. 3-Day Return Policy
We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
You may request a return within 3 days if:
- You received a wrong product
- The product is damaged or defective
- The product is expired
- The product was missing from your order
After 3 days from delivery, we unfortunately cannot accept return or refund requests.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The seal must not be broken
- You must provide order number or proof of purchase
- You must provide unboxing video proof (required for damage/incorrect product claims)
⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare, makeup, fragrance, or personal care products unless they are defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products returned after 3 days
- Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless damaged)
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- You will be notified about the approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via:
- bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer (for prepaid orders)
- Adjustment or replacement (for Cash on Delivery orders)
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
5. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges only if:
- The product is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We do not allow exchanges for personal preference (e.g., changed mind, fragrance preference, skin reaction).
