1. 3-Day Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.

You may request a return within 3 days if:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The product is expired
  • The product was missing from your order

After 3 days from delivery, we unfortunately cannot accept return or refund requests.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The seal must not be broken
  • You must provide order number or proof of purchase
  • You must provide unboxing video proof (required for damage/incorrect product claims)

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare, makeup, fragrance, or personal care products unless they are defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products returned after 3 days
  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless damaged)

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via:
  • bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer (for prepaid orders)
  • Adjustment or replacement (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only if:

  • The product is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We do not allow exchanges for personal preference (e.g., changed mind, fragrance preference, skin reaction).
